I moved in on Monday 8/1/22. So far so good. The is a nice quiet community and Kristina in the office was very helpful. I had a maintenance is day 3 and the maintenance guys from the Muirland Property was ready to send help stat but i was able to resolve the issue. Very Peaceful, and about 6 minutes from Northville with all the stores you need. 5 minutes from downtown Farmington and 12 minutes from Novi. So everything you need and want is here.

Apartments are very spacious, greenery all around with special appearances of deer and birds here and there. Love that!! A lovely trail to walk all around the community. The management is great. No complaints. Loving my stay and 100% recommended.

My husband and I have lived here for 15 months and it's been an incredibly positive experience. We're in one of the townhomes. We'd absolutely stay here long-term if we weren't relocating for work! Pros: -The main office is VERY communicative regarding community updates/news. -Maintenance can be seen picking up litter almost every day around the community. -They did a good job shoveling/icing this year. -Ample parking. -Pool and workout facility is clean and maintained. -VERY responsive to maintenance requests - either same day or within 24 hours. The guys are incredibly kind and professional. in my first month, I placed a request due to a leaky/uneven shower, and they replaced the whole thing, tile/tub and everything. -Great location, proximity to downtown farmington and the freeway, nestled amongst trees/nature to the point where we see deer quite regularly. -walls are thick enough that we don't hear neighbors/upstairs beyond what's normal (the occasional squeaky floorboard/garbage disposal but that's to be expected) Cons: -There was a bit of ongoing trouble with the entrance gates not opening afterhours for nonresidents (past 10pm), but we never experienced that issue ourselves.
