Have lived here not even 3 months and the list of negative things accumulates daily. Apartment NOT up to any standard I’ve ever lived by. Many RUDE and LOUD neighbors surrounding us. Definitely NOT worth the rent they charge. I could’ve rented something about half the price to deal with these same issues. Those that they pay salaries to literally sit behind a desk and take no responsibility for the fact that it’s their job to make sure issues are handled in a timely fashion. It is not our job, as residents, to hunt down the appropriate party to fix the issues. I’m not being paid to do their jobs. This place is a mess. Definitely do not recommend living here until they figure out the kinks. Not to mention the hallways always smell like a Cyprus Hill concert!

I have been at this location for a long time and really like it here. Anything I need has been taken care of in a timely and professional manner. The complex is close to everything and it is safe! Thanks 👍 The renovations are great. T

I’ve been here for about 6 months now. I must admit, when applying the reviews were iffy, and I was skeptical. I did have to follow up a few times about my app, but I can honestly say new management has been making a point to change things around here. New (working) locks on outter doors, new carpet in hallways, new pavement, etc. all since I’ve been here. When I moved in the unit was clean and got everything as promised. I haven’t had any issues so far so I’m happy I gave it a chance because it’s a great bang for your buck in this economy!

Great apartment! I love the layout. Very quiet as well. The office has also been very helpful so far. I have very few complaints since ive been here
