The maintenance and management Is ridiculous . I am baffled at the fact I had an infestation of a tree bug and they wouldn’t even address my issue by stuffing up my chimney After saying they would the same day . The maintenance man had the nerve to make a joke and say “it’s a bugs life” instead of stuffing my chimney from the top like he said he would.The management is awful now . After 2020 management and the maintenance has gone down hill . It’s been 2 weeks and nothing has been done . Do not move here . They charge high rent but don’t want to address your issues . These apartments have the worst staff and maintenance I’ve ever seen and once my lease is up I’m moving .

I liked living in this apartment even though there were issues with mice(two times). However, this place never returns the security deposit. It's been more than 3months now since moving out but I still didn't receive my security deposit. Also, they even charged me a full month rent fee for my last month(move out was 19th) and I still didn't receive prorated rent fee as well.

After doing a research of apartment complex around the area we found spring valley with really good reviews and as well did look good over the internet. We needed to be sure that this place had good reviews since we were moving without seeing the apartment because we were coming from the west coast. Kourtney and Erika service attitude made us realize that this was our new home. We are really happy in our new apartment, it's so peaceful and clean, with nice neighbors, definitely a friendly neighborhood. Maintenance request had met our expectations. Definitely we recommend this place as your new home!

The maintenance is useless so far, apartments are way overpriced for the size, they look decent enough when you’re doing a quick viewing then once you’re living there you realize how poor the condition really is. Cheap paint is pretty much slapped on everything, my biggest laugh was seeing it slapped on the laundry closet door but only on the outside not the inside…. Bedroom doesn’t even have an overhead light, for $1495 before extra expenses (for a one bedroom) it’s not worth the money in anyway. If I would’ve known this is what it would be I would’ve went up the street for $1100 and got something bigger and been able to justify it being poorly in so many ways. If you can make the choice to pick another place I would, unfortunately I needed a place immediately for work and this was the only option…
