DO NOT LIVE HERE! Apartment was dirty when we moved in and management has been terrible. Made us move out 5 days early and still charged us for those 5 days. They will charge you for absurd things and then refuse to offer any refunds. Worst apartment experience to date. Save yourself the headache and move anywhere else.

We lived here for 2 years. So the apartment layout is good, and they take good care of the outside amenities/greens/trees. But the admin people here seem to care only about the appearance of the complex, not the comfort of its residents. The constant grass cutting, taking care of the greenery and advertisement of the "cool amenities" that the residents can enjoy...well, not really. The indoor pool is extremely cold, it's impossible to swim. There is a guideline on the water temperature they have to follow, but other places warm the room up so that it will be comfortable. Well, not here. Jacuzzi heater is somehow still turned off and sauna is slightly warm. The outdoor pool's water is filthy. Also, get ready to be harassed by the admin people what you own and show on your patio/balcony. You have no freedom to have your own items, it all has to be "perfect" for the looks. The only apartment complex that doesn't allow grill on the patio, you can't even have your kids toys. But they didn’t have a problem creating a big trash pile outside my patio for 2 years straight First floor units hear a lot of footsteps. But no voice. Also, tons of spiders, rolly polly and other insects in the apartment. I lived in North Carolina, they didn't have so much bugs as in here. Their maintenance team has been the rudest people ever. I had to wait 3 months to get some work order to be fulfilled, and some of them were straight up cancelled. Reason? They never explained. Oh, they also didn’t let us check the place before move-in, so I didn’t have a chance to check the bathroom thoroughly. Both bathrooms had human hair all over the ceiling. We moved in, and the price was $1400 for 3BD, next year they raised $80, we started. Then this year they raised $200 more. When we moved in- our carpet was not new (though at least clean). They change them every 5 years. So when we moved out - I know they would change the carpet fully in any case. But you know what they did? They charged us $900 for carpet damage, and didn’t give us our deposit back. Great business model , I applaud you, citation club.

We moved in due to the location and amenities. The grounds are nice and spacious but maintenance is subpar. Plenty of shops nearby and close to highways. Staff is friendly but weary of really spending resources into properly cleaning/maintaining amenities and buildings. Finally, ground apartments are very noise!

Best apartment I have lived in. Going back a year after moving out to leave this review because my other experiences in the area have been so awful. Management here was really great, from maintenance to billing the entire process was honestly above average. If I still worked in Farmington I would have continued to live here.
