The woman who worked today May 14 2022 from 1:00-2:00pm at the front entrance is truly one of the laziest most unprofessional employees I’ve ever encountered at Sam’s Club. The most uncomplicated job ever yet she decides to just sit there and YELL instructions to customers. Yeah, I’ve been to Sam’s, I know I have to present my membership card. Everybody is aware. I’m already planning on doing it. Also, please get clearer open/exit signs. She insisted on yelling that the wrong door was being used for leaving the establishment, yet the doors don’t have “do not enter” signs and the Exit sign is embarrassingly small.

Purchased a $2000 patio set. Shows up broken. Called my local store and get told nothing they can do since it was an online order. Go through online customer service for an hour to be told it’s now out of stock and there is nothing they can do. Purchased a $1000 pergola at the same time. Schedule delivery and install. They never show up after staying home the entire day. I went ahead and cancelled the delivery and said I would just pick it up myself. I have been at my local Sams for 90 minutes waiting for them to bring it out. Now I am told we will just have to schedule a later time to do it. NOPE! Cancel the order and go ahead and just cancel my membership. I’m done with this place!

I wish I could give them a 5 star because I love shopping here but there are two major flaws that really detrive from the experience. The biggest issue is the outside vendors inside the building. It's sad that a store that requires a paid membership resorts to outside vendors for extra cash. It's very bothersome being aggressively approached by strangers the moment you walk in the building when you are just trying to shop. The second major flaw is the care taken to the store. Everytime I shop there are pallets blocking the aisles, product packages busted open and falling on the floor, shrink wrap left laying around, etc. The food court was also closed which I'm not sure for how long but I was there around 1pm which is listed as food court hours. I do love the prices and large variety of products to choose from. Using the app to scan and go is an incredible experience especially when you are crunched on time. If they got rid of the harassing outside vendors and cleaned the store up a little better it'd be a 5 star experience.

I really enjoy my shopping experience at Sam's club, however; this bathroom was horrifying. Floor sticky & slippery, disgusting stalls and the sink areas had water all over the place. The lightening is very dim and gloomy. It looked like a scary movie...which I do not like. Clean the bathroom and keep it clean; so I can return to give this Sam's club 5 stars.
