I went into resolve an issue with a previous tire purchase and tire balancing issue. The manager listened to my issue and immediately took action to resolve my concern. She authorized a solution that was free to me and her, quick, non-judgmental, and positive attitude is a credit to Mavis. Sometimes discount places like these do not feel it necessary to deliver exemplary service. This was not that. I did not ask the managers name, but she will be the reason I go back and tell my friends in the future. Thanks!

I was extremely satisfied with the staff and services provided by Mavis of Willow Grove. They were very professional from the greeting I received when entering to the phone call letting me know the status of my car to the explanation of what was completed. I will highly recommend Mavis to anyone seeking service for their vehicles.

This shop should receive zero stars. I am disgusted and appalled by what they did to my vehicle. We brought our car in for inspection, then received a call they they needed to do a huge job on it for it to pass. Well, they did a horrific job because when we picked it up it sounded horrible. When we brought it back to be fixed again, they did absolutely nothing because it was still making the same sound. After driving it for one day, my brakes cut out on me and almost made me crash my car with my children as passengers. I am beyond angered and my calls to corporate are being ignored. Legal action is being sought and I post this a letter a warning. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP! They robbed me of over $1,000, ruined my perfectly fine car and caused me irreparable emotional damage. I am lucky that my children and myself are alive after the death trap they created in my vehicle.

Ashley was an exceptional customer service representative. She greeted us warmly upon entering, quickly diagnosed our issue and guided us to the waiting room as our repairs were implemented. She was knowledgeable about our tire issue and gave us update on the work progress. When our repairs were done she inquired about our satisfaction of the work done when it was complete. I give her 2 thumbs up, and would definitely visit and refer people to mavis because of people like Ashely. -M.Ford
