I went here to get a tire replaced that was leaking. They ended up installing the tire on a rim that was bent on the inside. After I started driving home the PSI indicator went off immediately. I then knew something was wrong. When I took the car back, they realized the rim was bent on the inside. I asked why they would install the tire if the rim was bent, he said the technician never saw it. I asked him if I could get refunded for this reason. He then referred me to a rim repair shop and told me that if it cost too much, he would reimburse me for the original install. The rim repair ended up costing too much, so I decided to buy aftermarket rims. After the rims arrive, I scheduled an appointment with them to install the new rims. I come to the appointment and immediately the service gets rejected because it was an aftermarket rim. Which is strange because not only did I tell them this already, I had this exact service done at this exact location for the same exact rims and on the same exact car, but a different year a few years ago. I asked to speak to a manager, they put me on hold and then subsequently hangs up on me. They did this twice. This location is a big waste of time, I will never be coming back here again.

Stay Far Away I used the Easton Road Pep Boys to service two issues I had reported. After diagnosing the problem, I was quoted at $1900 to fix all issues with my car. I authorized the services and had issues with my car immediately after picking it up. I had brought the car back a second time and they couldn’t fix anything. The rude manager was not apologetic about my issues. I had to contact the cooperate office for a service technician to contact me. This began in January 2022 and it is now April 2022 and they have not fixed or refunded anything and have kept ALL of my money. I paid additional money for another company to fix my issues. Poor service. Poor cooperate. Shame on this business. Stay away from them. Update: Pep Boys has followed up after my review, however, I notified Pep Boys corporate two months ago with this issue. So I’m unsure why they want to address a review when I tried to handle this matter privately! Shame on the company and the manager of Easton Road, Mike.

Had a very bad experience at this location. My Husband and I have been long time pep boys customers. My husband has been in the hospital all week and usually takes my car to pep boys, so I decided to go to this particular location for an inspection . Everything on my car passed but they refused to pass my state inspection because of a police emblem on my license plate, which mind you has never been a problem in all the years of my car being inspected. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend any to that place!

These guys were great and so very helpful. My son was visiting and needed to replace a tire. I would highly recommend giving them a call.
