I believe the test is free. I would contact them directly before going to see if an appointment is required.
They do free hearing test there and I believe vision is also free too

They do hearing test, I was speaking with the gentleman just last weekend. They have great packages of different hearing aids but not sure of the cost of the test - give him a call!
I'm not sure, but I don't believe they do... You can always call them.
