Not a bad place to live. We own the lots. The park owners paved the streets this summer and without the approval of the lot owners are now assessing each lot owner $1,100.

No the rule is 20lbs or less but

I see you don't allow motorcycles and we're okay with that however, do you allow quiet street legal scooters?
