Be very careful before renting here. I lived in these apartments for 2 years. They overprice the apartments for what you receive. Everything has layers upon layers of the same paint. They have done little to no upgrading of any sort. The carpets are the cheapest carpets I’ve ever seen. Upon move out they will try to come after you for every little hole or mark on anything. The office rarely if ever answer the phone. they NEVER return emails. I have asked for different things via email multiple times and never received them. The staff is extremely fake and misleading. The maintenance crew never gets around to fixing anything. I had reported something wrong with my disposal and it took multiple reports and me going into the office for them to finally send someone to look at it. On top of that the office is closed 8/10 times and the phones are always “down”. the apartments are up against some wooded area which is home to homeless and who knows what else. There are car break ins constantly and homeless going through the trash. The mail room is constantly being broken into. The office keeps promising to fix it, but that has never happened. It is extremely unfortunate because when i found the apartments the staff seemed so kind and helpful but as time went on it just proved to just be a façade.

I absolutely love the managers, Amanda and Rian. They are the best. Always so helpful and caring. Eric the maintenance guy is also great. Repairs are always done quickly and done right. Breckenridge staff is always friendly and so respond right away when you need them. The Maintenance guy Eric is quick to respond as well.
