My boyfriend and I just moved in a couple months ago, we were super happy to find an apartment building with a pool and access for dogs. We both enjoy being able to go to the gym or the pool whenever we want. The process with applications and moving went smooth and quick. We moved from whidbey island and we love it over here.

Ok....second time my car has broken into in 2 months. Despite the amount of rent they charge and profit of I'm guessing a 300 unit at apartment complex the office don't care to hire security. I'm fed up. When the lease is up I'm gone. Steer clear of this place its like a zombie apocalypse around here UPDATE** My review was impulsive. I was upset about my vehicle and belongings being stolen. The apartments are actually nice. The area is not. The homeless encampments are very close. If you do rent here I just suggest you go with a garage. Office staff is as helpful as they can be.

We toured a lot of apartments in our search for a place to call home. Portsmith checked off a lot of our boxes and had the circumstances been different it would have been an awesome place to live. Alyssa was very upfront and honest with us which we appreciated and had such a bright and energetic personality. Definitely made the decision that much harder but we could tell they truly care and value their residences.

I have been living here for a year now and love it! It is a beautiful home. The ceilings are so tall and give so much space. Everything seems so light and airy. There is a wall of windows looking out onto a nature preserve area so it allows sunlight and privacy. Also love having a garage. Any maintenance issues we have had have been quickly addressed it's like they never happened. The office staff, Alyssa and Andrea, are super friendly and nice. They get stuff done! The community events are fun and they really make it feel like a community. Great job Portsmith!
