The apartment is almost nice with that being said I will rate the apartment as a home. 1st my bedroom is by the indoor stairs which people run up and down very loudly. 2nd they don’ t tell you about the hidden fees so if your wanting free water, sewage this place makes you pay on top of the rent. 3 rd the garage is $125 we have a 3 bedroom and 3 cars which means only one person gets a spot and after a long day of work it’s unacceptable that we cannot even find a parking spot besides the one spot we pay for. 4th We can’t workout unless the office is open including if you have a package to pickup. So for the rent we pay it’s not been a far price fitting the needs of hard working people. Now it’s summertime and the pool as they say getting fixed! Been here 7 months they said it was a 24 hour hot tub too but that’s not happening either. Very dissatisfied and very disappointed. If your looking for a place to have a pool or hot tub & fitness don’t come here.

Please do not move here, the rent is a lie, there is up to 400 extra dollars in bills. Everything gets broken and never fixed. It took them a month to fix our heating and our apartment flooded and they charged us 500 for it. They showed us a different apartment then we were given and there was damage and stains everywhere. Homeless people sleep inside the buildings and use it as a bathroom. Save yourself some time and money and go elsewhere please.

Lived here for 13 months. Nothing but trouble awaits you here. Typical apartment complex problems but also a really sketchy area. No parking EVER. They have a tenant portal but it's useless since they removed the ability to pay your rent through it (check or money order delivered to the office only). Also removed the ability to do service requests on there. There is a Facebook-type section of the portal where tenants can talk to each other and the office but they police it so hard that any even remotely critical mention of the office results in your post/comment being suppressed. Their leases are predatory and every day there was miserable. Finally figured out how to get all my issues with the place fixed: I moved out. Problem solved. Edit: The response from the owner is typical. Any issues you raise result in them responding with their policy or information that is not related to what you said. There is never any resolution if you have a problem. I don't care that there was an ownership change. I said they took away the only convenient part of living there, which was paying your rent online. There is no defense or excuse that can change that fact. If you rent here, expect similar treatment.

Lived here for 4 months now and cant ever find a parking space, lot is constantly full. They charge you way more than they advertise for rent, watch out for the hidden fees from water and garbage. It doesnt matter how much you try and conserve, if your neighbor above you uses a ton of water, you pay for it. Terrible experience with the construction happening in the apartments themselves, extremely poor handy work, obvious quick fixes that lead to things like leaking pipes or toilets that dont flush properly. The entire complex smells like pot 24/7, even inside my apartment I cant escape the smell, it's like the people right next door are growing an entire field of it. Neighbors also constantly slam doors and shout in the hallways so that's cool.
