Unlimited washes each month for a simple monthly fee. No problems from the wash bay in terms of dings, dents, or scratched. The vacuums are great. Park & have the ease of a hose on each side of your vehicle. And the suction is SUPERB! And my dog loves riding thru the washes too!

My car was hesitant and argumentative about going in, at first. I mean... It has a favorite car-wash just down the street. It was just after a fresh snow so my car was a bit salty, which may have explained the attitude. My car was pleasantly surprised upon entering the wash. The soap was very soapy, the wax was very waxy, the water was very wet, and the dryer was very dry. It drove out a happier car, and a lesson was learned about judging.

Took the $14 wash at Strongsville. Doesn't look like any water was sprayed under. Wheel wells still grimy. Upgrades are likely ineffective if even programmed correctly for each car. I like to do occasional flush for salt but wondering now if this is the right place to do it. Going to stick with basic after this....which should be a $10 cost in my book.

I felt it was no working as it should very incostant flow of product and rushed job for top tier wash. Lots of soap left on the car with minimal rinse job and blower just blew soap all over my car and I wasn't pleased but it took me over a half hour to get through so... my time is worth much more than a rushed machine that takes my money. I gave you two stars because of the Free Vacuums if you got rid of that you'd surely fall to Andy's Auto Wash
