We were just at Best Buy in Strongsville to buy a phone after visiting the Verizon Store, where they offered no customer service, so we left. When we got to Best Buy, we were greeted by Erin, a supper friendly sales associate, who went above and beyond to help us. She got me set up with my new phone and helped to trouble shoot my husband's apple watch synching problems simultaneously and was super fun to talk to and helpful. It was so nice to finally get good customer service. Thank you, Erin!

Nice clean well stocked store. Almost all items I was looking for from online were in store as noted on web. Staff is top notch at this store and willing to help when needed or asked. They spend the time with you to make sure you are comfortable with what you are going to purchase. Would highly recommend this store. Remember not everyone experience's store interaction the same way and your experience may be different than mine. But after your visit I think you will be very pleased!

Best buy is good. Nice location. Friendly staff. Prices are fine especially with the new digital price tags. Best buy does price match Amazon so definitely have that app open while browsing the store to save yourself some money. Good open box deals also.

They have literally everything you can think of in the way of electronics and computers. They have TVs, phones, computers, printers, gaming systems, games, cords, cables, chargers, cameras, printer paper and any accessory that you would need for your electronic devices and their prices are decent. They sell apple computers and offer a service plan with them. They will also price match computers with Costco.

Sadly this is common within the company. I always get someone to shower when I choose the appliance department option.
They can typically pull purchase history from your phone number , assuming you did provide it to them while paying.
See what they have on their website, or either call the store and speak with the computer tech/rep.
Call Best Buy to ask them. If you just go there then definitely take the card with you in case you do need it to get the credit back on it.
