What else is there to say other than 10 Westedge is hands down the best place to live in Downtown Charleston! The apartments are beautiful with balconies, the amenities are always neat and clean, and the staff are top notch! If you're looking for a new place to live, I recommend you speak with Linda - she's incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and responsive to all your needs. Other apartments may claim to be the best, but without Linda Keen working there, none can take the title!

Lived at 10 WestEdge for a year, and can easily say this was my favorite community I lived in. Facilities and their cleanliness and functionality 5/5, the office staff was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and helpful. Linda and Eric went above and beyond quite a few times when not necessary, and always willing to help. 5/5 office staff. Chase and his maintenance crew were prompt and effective. As the first resident that lived in my unit, there were occasional small issues that were never emergencies, but the team handled them like they were emergencies and were very accommodating and professional, again going above and beyond. Maint. deserves 5 starts as well. Only reason for leaving the property was a closer commute to my office. Would recommend to anyone looking for apartment life downtown.

Have lived at Westedge for 2 plus years now. I looked at every apartment complex on/near the peninsula so I know what else is out there. It has the best amenities around(SkyLounge, workout facility, 2 rooftop courtyards - one with a pool and one to relax). If you work from home, the skylounge is the best place in town to work. The staff is friendly and responsive with any requests you may have. They also do a great job organizing events for the community. Whether you are new to the area/from the area or a young professional/retiree/student, Westedge is a great place to live. I like to call it “living on the edge”. Other superlatives for Westedge: 1) best rooftop sunset view 2) best view of the riverdog firework show 3) best pool deck for morning, afternoon, and evening sun exposure 4) closest apartment proximity to a grocery store 5) best apartment grills in town 6) best community area for watching sports and entertainment Price is competitive with other places in town as well.
