New manager yearly. Many building problems take forever to get fixed, if at all. Always those who ignore stipulations of lease agreement and managers have turned a blind eye or are totally oblivious of situations. As would be expected in a building with 100 apartments, rumors and gossip are many. Some people wouldn't be happy no matter how hard the facility tried and then there are those who think they own the entire building. This is probably a way of life in apartment living. On the other hand, apartments are comfortable, utilities very reasonable, elevators a blessing and the building is secured. Residents have key fobs to enter secured doors. I have lived at Loftin at Montcross II since it opened 3 years ago. As with any living situation there is the good and the bad. The above statement is my own opinion and we all make our lives what we want them to be. We choose to be miserable and complain daily or we choose to enjoy another day!

I love to visit at Loftin Senior Luxury Apartments. The building is spotless inside and out. Beautifully landscaped, large private apartments and locked entrance doors for resident security. Lots of resident led activities as well as community sponsored meals and events. Staff rarely seen but are pleasant. Maintenance man most helpful to visitors and especially residents. Separate area for mail so residents can pick up their mail in their owned locked mailboxes from the postman and check the current bulletin board for upcoming events. Hallways always look just vacuumed and resident decorations at each apartment doorway personalize each entrance. Visiting at lunch or dinner will starve any visitor as the hallways smell of fresh cooked garlic and other ingredients for a meal as residents cook their own meals. Frequently a resident will be seen with their pet going outside to potty. A cat may be seen enjoying the warm sunlight in a window or two when visiting in the morning. Residents walk the trails around the community for exercise and may stop to enjoy a break on the nice porch out back. Garden beds drip with flower blooms and vegetables. Loftin at Montcross is definitely a very nice senior apartment community with friendly and welcoming residents.
