**6/13/22 - I am editing my review to add that Parma Movers have reached out several times since seeing this review, attempting to make things right. We’ll give it another shot this week.** I’d give zero stars if that were possible. We had an appointment for an estimate this week. I called early in the week to confirm, then they never showed up or called/text/emailed. Definitely better to know now how they run their business than to find out the hard way on moving day.

Had to do a last minute move and they were wonderful to work with. Cathy in the office was so understanding and helpful and the 3 guys that came and did the move were friendly, and did a wonderful job! Would recommend them to anyone

I looked for a half of a star but one is the least this review would accept. Totally unprofessional company with shady employees. Parma movers moved me into my house January 19th. Broke a recliner and television in the process and did there best to hide the damage until the end of the move. They set up my recliner to look like it was ok and when I sat in it later that night I fell out of it cause they broke the wooden frame. I understand sometimes things get broken, but it’s the way they went about trying to hide it. I would never do business with this company and I advise you to do the same. I have 4 pages of receipts to prove I did do business with them in the event they deny knowing me.You have been warned, if you do decide to do business with them… it’s on you.
