Some may have had a negative experience in the past but in the past few years, service has been great with friendly, helpful staff. Just Friday, one of the staff was patiently explaining what the return address was. It was clear the young person there was not familiar with a return address or why it was important. She wasn't snarky or surprised, she just had him go back and fill it out. It is nice to have a smaller local office so you don't have to drive so far. I appreciate the staff.

A lot of these negative reviews aren’t event directed at this actual branch or staff experience. I use this branch to ship packages. They are always friendly and even if the line happens to be long, they are very fast and professional to keep the lines moving. Thank you for your service!

My packages are NEVER delivered to me. They are ALWAYS rerouted to this post office with NO tracking/ notice information. If I didn’t drive around random post offices I would never have found this location or my packages. Then, once I’m there they never have the information to locate said packages because their incompetent carriers never leave a notIfication SLIP. 🙄🙄🙄 Thank God for sender tracking because I wouldn’t even know of any “attempts” to deliver to my “no secure location” even though I’m ALWAYS home and my apartment office ACCEPTS packages for residents.
