My mom has been living at The Willow’s for the past 3 years. The management has been in place through her entire stay which has made it feel more like family. The care she has received has been exceptional and the food is always good. The scheduled activities are beneficial to social inclusion. The process through Covid for the residents was very protective and safe. Mom is now 102 and has been cared for by a great facility. If you’re looking for a place for yourself or for a relative consider The Willows.

We toured The Willows in Oxford for my mom and she liked it so we moved her in. She needed assistance with showers, restroom at night and going down for meals. Push a button for help, they come in turn it off and leave. Mom waits 2 hours to get out of bed in the morning. On shower mornings it could be longer. Always understaffed and uncertified staff working there. Talk with management and they don't care, its my moms word against theirs and since they are turning off the button no way of tracking it. My mom fell and broke her hip, she didn't want to go to hospital so she was place back in her chair. They didn't check on her for 2 hours and the only reason they checked on her was because she hadn't gone down for dinner. She then went to the hospital. She ended up going into hospice and passing away. DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE

Under the current (horrible!) management, same as the last 4+ years, I honestly can not possibly recommend this Assisted Living Facility ! No compassion whatsoever from management personal. Borderline emotional abuse. Business comes first here, certainly not the residents well being.
