What is there to know about Steeplechase? Plenty! First thing is everyone working there has a contagious positive attitude as well as a great smile, this is a friendly place! If you want to live out your golden years gracefully? in my opinion this is by far the very finest there is and is a cut above! They have 3 chefs 👨🍳 on there staff who prepare excellent meals for the residents daily. Just about everything the residents want there thay have a staff member to take care of there needs Quickly making the potential stress levels very very LOW for the residents who live there. It'is a nice place to visit and I definitely would like to live here when it becomes necessary for me. Bottom line, if your a senior and want to live independently but no longer want to work around the house for any reason? You don't want to shop cook clean the house and want your privacy? Look no further! If you are in need of more help or have serious medical issues, again Steeplechase has services and can accommodate people who need palliative care, it is my understanding that you are looking at a good place for seniors who want and need that higher level of care but want to live at home and not a hospital. I highly recommend you look into this organization as they have many locations throughout the country. I'm hoping my fellow senior friends find this review helpful. Thanks for making to the end of it. God bless America and you!

I have lived here almost a year now and never looked back. The best decision I have made in quite some time. This is truly like a big family. Staff from management to housekeeping and everyone in betwen goes out of their way to help in any way they can without exception. Ms. Lauren Wyman was my first contact and she treated me like a daughter would, and still does. I can recomended this place very highly. Some of the friends I made have been here 8 and 7 years and still like it.

My aunt lived at Steeplechase for a long time. Recently she passed away and this past week going there to pack her things and get things situated was very difficult. The management at Steeplechase made it even more difficult. There was one person in particular Darcy who was a nightmare. It’s all sunshine and rainbows when our loved ones move in. They should be extra “empathetic “ when our loved ones pass away as well. I would never send my mother here and I’m only sorry to see this after my aunt passed away that the environment was this awful.

Talayah, we have two sets of managers at the community; a set of lead managers and a set of assistant managers. Each typically has different responsibilities and oversight. Feel free to give the community a call if there's something in particular you're interested in (sales, a particular position, or anything else) and we'll put you in touch with the right manager. Thanks!
Fran, Steeplechase is retirement living, not "assisted living". We don't provide care services; however, we do offer all the other amenities of your typical assisted living (dining, housekeeping, transportation, activities, etc). We just don't provide hands-on care services. There are in-home care providers that work out of offices in our building as well as outside care providers that come into our building to work with our residents so they can get the assistance they need. Call and schedule a tour. We'd love to learn more about your situation.
They are located in a common area.
Pets are allowedwith no additional charge; however, I would suggest checking with Steeplechase mgmt on any size restriction.
