Oxford Oaks

The gate opens when you drive up and stop. No codes, actually a public street. I often see a sheriff patrol car hanging out on the main road. Thinking he maybe lives there too, don't know.

Yes it is full of kids., so I'm sure it is fine. It is a gated community. But it opens automaticly when you get close to it. I would go around 7 to 930 pm and you'll be just fine. Hope ur kids enjoy there Halloween.

Well the great thing about Oxford oaks neighborhood is that it's not like the villages in reference to 55 and over you know you can be in your thirties ready to buy a home and raise your family there it's no restrictions like The villages basically you do have to have some qualifications and meet certain requirements and things and I wouldn't necessarily say join the neighborhood but you do have to check into that to just do a simple Google search with Oxford oaks anymore questions and I see them I'll be more than happy to answer but I will tell you I do love my home and I do love the neighborhood it's awesome good luck

It's a nice, quiet family community off 301 near shopping and plenty of resteraunts .
