Trying to get a appointment over the phone is horrible i was on the phone for 30mins trying to set a appointment and i got fed up and hung up. I tried again at 11:00am and they where not accepting calls i caller again the next morning at 9:45am and again due to high volume not accepting calls. I went to the office to make a appointment they said i had to call to make a appointment they dont do it inside the clinic. I give it 2 stars because of the phone issue. The workers at the clinic always helped me i never had a problem with that. One of the ladies there is very helpful an caring. I just cant stand calling and making a appointment.
