Very well set up office area, clean and smells good, a nice pool area and gym room, gameroom is nice, a good place to relax and play pool. Housing and neighborhood is great. Coreene is very nice attendant and helpful in knowing the place.

Been living here over a year, beautiful apartment complex and the grounds are kept immaculately at all times. The apartment is spacious with big closets. The maintenance staff is absolutely amazing. One complaint is the fees for services that we are forced to pay that we do not want. This fee for Fetch is honestly bulls***. They are no different then Fed Ex, UPS and Amazon. I should not be forced to pay for services I do not use or want. Monthly fees add up to over or about $100 a month. The rent increase was way over the top. While I do like the Valet trash service the pails provided are not big enough and are gross The are not cleaned before a new tenant moves in. They said pick up after 7pm and they have been picking up before 6pm lately, and now we will get a fine if we put out the pail out before 6pm and if not brought in before 9am. We all don't get home before 6pm. Again if I have to pay for the service I should be able to put my garbage out in the pail provided when I leave my home for the day.

Worst condo experience in this country. I agree with many reviews that say negligence and ineptitude in managing this condominium. At first they are helpful. The maintenance is terrible in the areas that are not common (buildings) and the social areas are very limited. The treatment of residents when there are complaints leaves much to say. I was unfairly charged for a full month for not notifying my withdrawal in writing, ignoring my personal notice. If you plan to withdraw from the residence, request the formal formats, any other means will not work. Very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience.
