I moved out of here and never received my security deposit I’ve called endlessly and emailed every email they have and even tried every form of contact and received nothing. I moved out in July it’s now middle of September they told me to expect it in three weeks. Terrible place, infested with flies

I don’t understand how this apartment complex has a 3.7 for reviews. First off no one is ever at the office , second no one ever answers the phone at all. There is a lady that works in the office that is very rude and unprofessional (not the one with the glasses). The office never seems to care when there is a request for maintenance. The only good thing living here is the neighbors.

I applied here 1 week ago and emailed them for the unit they had advertised on their website and got a response back saying they would get back to me to verify availability but since then I have heard nothing from them, tried calling them and no one ever answers and I have spent $250 to submit an application! It’s not fair people have lives and situations to deal with, I could have applied somewhere else if I knew you guys would be hard to contact!
