DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! DON'T DO IT! Would be 0 stars if it was possible. Irene in the front office is easily the worst person I have had the displeasure of having to deal with. She is rude, unkind, snotty, and treats residents like children. This is NOT a luxury apartment- finishings are ok but amenities are average at best. Nothing luxury about this place. Not to mention there are bugs everywhere thanks to their trash can policy. You have to bring your outside trashcan in to your apartment during ridiculous hours and there is nowhere in the apartment to keep it except RIGHT NEXT TO THE KITCHEN. Worst apartment experience ever.Bad management, slow maintenance, bad front office. Just don't.

When I first moved in I had some issues with the apartment. The management team was great about getting them fixed. Now living here over a year I feel like the up keep of the complex has declined terribly. I have made my concerns known about the condition of the hallways and nothing has been done. It is awful to come home and see the dirty unkept areas.

Hi! Management requires that a 60-day notice is submitted in the event that a current resident has intentions of vacating their unit, however, situations change daily, therefore it is very possible for new units to become available on a day to day basis. Thank you
