I think the staff does an amazing job of managing a pretty large complex. There should be 2 garbage dumpsters for a place this large and there should be at least 2-3 more maintenance men!

Office team are friendly and maintance workers as well. Maintance complaint fix in time. The complex areas, swimming pool and gym are are clean. Live here for 7years.

I haven’t had issues with maintenance.

And why can't I ever get a hold of someone at the office?? I've gone to the office during business hours, and they have a "closed" sign on the door. And no one answers the phone there either..

If the sign says closed they may be out on property.

Why are your pools closed are Saturday when no one has time to go on the week days kids want to go swimming in the summer but can't go because of school.

They always say bcuz of the ducks. Idk. I never had this issue in Cornerstone apts.

I have read a lots of negative reviews about the staff members and the Complex. Peoples talking about roaches in there apt. Pest control comes every Thursday, it is the tenant responsibility to put their apt on the list.Staff is very reliable

It’s not Howard Middle any longer. It was rezoned and now it’s Conway Middle.

Can the pools be used? Since I moved, the administration has always told me that they cannot be used, because they are awaiting repairs.
