Terrible On Every Way PossibLe!! They Will be hearing From Lawyer. If They Havent Yet!
I have had nothing but issues since I moved into this apartment. The office staff does care about there tenants and terrible Conditions they are forcing you to live. They get you to sign the lease before you can see all the issues with the apartment and then there attitude is “oh well”. I am living in an apartment that has a termite infestation and then I’m told I have to just wait for there schedule pest control. I offered Pay to have someone come out today and it be removed from my rent and was told no!!! I have a washer n drying that hasn’t worked since I moved in. The dishwasher tipped over on my nephew because it was never secured. A broken bedroom window that was suppose to be changed 2 months ago. My apartment has flooded twice. I am very disappointed in this place and I’m gonna make sure everyone knows what’s going on here.

Your washer/dryer is currently under warranty and we cannot repair it because it will void the warranty. Also, we are not responsible for third party scheduling/delays. I have been here since last year and I can truly say that I have no complaints about the office members. People complain about roaches but they are everywhere you go. The have pest control come every Thursday to spray, it is the tenants responsiblilty to put your apt on the list. Maintenance comes every time I have a problem. This is a good place to live very quiet.
I have lived here for four years. I call every other week for pest control and have no issues.
