If zero stars were an option I would have chosen that. Not only do they not have any clue how to manage the online orders for pick up, they treat customers like trash when they arrive to pick up online orders that they cant seem to find once in the store. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. So bad that while on my cell phone with corporate the rep demanded that a manager be put on with her. She ended up more upset than I was. Sad state of affairs up in there and I can not believe how rude Brittney at customer service is, hope corporate gets involved because she should be fired. I personally won't ever set foot in that store again & if you actually want what you pay for online I do NOT recommend shipping anything there from .com

No, did not see this item. Rushing in only to pick up and then to return and item that my daughter in Richmond had ordered for the house she is trying to flip.
