My Sister lives here and I appreciate this apartment complex for letting her live here until she's get on her feet.

I checked them out about a year ago it was $510/month then... But you have to apply show tons of documents
Yes... The lower income apartments are Arlington, also nicer.
No, you have to provide everything (refrigerator, cooking burners, etc.)
Call or visit the leasing office. They can tell you all you need to apply for these apartments. The application fee is $25 and the deposit is $150.

depends on the size of the apartment. ranges from i think like $590-650 (ish). deposit is equivalent to one months rent. there is a wait list almost all the time (or at least overtime a new prospective renter came in and I was inside the office at the same time) I would always overhear them being told there is a wait list. its not bad tho because the turn over rate with tenants is crazy. I was there 18 months probably only 5 people I knew there were still residing when I left but it was a horrid place to live back then and they've done a lot of improvements (not physically... they just kick ppl out at the drop of a dime now). hell I received paperwork like a month after I moved and already received my deposit back that the sierra dept had served me w eviction papers lol thank god I just bought a house cuz even tho it says pending it still screwed me over. they apologized numerous times said it was the tenant next door and promised numerous times to have it removed from my record
610$ dollars a month, unless you get an SSI check. Then it's 510 a month
I do not know. Sorry!
Unfortunately I don't work at the leasing office, and I wouldn't want to give you the wrong information.
Who are you and don't contact me again
They are all one bedroom here and quite small really an eficiency Apt. Comes with no appliances and no storage. This is a converted hotel that I hear was a Sheraton at one time. Rent is around $550 monthly but it depends on your income where that could make a difference. Better to call for more details.
Small sink and counter. But no fridge or stove
Be by Wednesday, how much to move in
