I don't usually write reviews but the experience in this place was so nice that it's worth it! If you want to live in a quiet, clean place with excellent facilities, this is the place for you. My apartment was beautiful, unfortunately I was only able to enjoy it for a short time because I had to leave the city for work, but if one day I return to Orlando this would be my first option. Thank you Bridgette for your excellent customer service and helping me out with my lease! I 100% recomend this place!!

Thoroughly enjoyed living here, rent was pretty reasonable, the community was very clean and an ideal location. Anytime I had issues, which I rarely did, maintenance would be there within 24hrs to resolve it. Great amenities (pool, gym, food trucks, community events). Had a great experience and would recommend to a friend.

Be aware of Ozone smell after you move out!!! I have lived there for almost 22 months and it was nice community and friendly staff. At the time of moving out of the apartment I specially called and asked for cleaning requirement and I was told to return same apartment as I got when I moved in. So I hired professional cleaner and gave the apartment same as they gave me. I paid $100 deposit and that was not refunded by saying there was ozone smell found in apartment though cleaning is not related to ozone smell that is something that needs to be done by community as a part of their maintenance before handing over apartment to other resident. How am I or anyone supposed to remove that smell if I have never felt. At least they should have informed before and that have made me disappointed after having good experience of staying there.

I’ve just called this place to get information and yes I called couple of times I’ve got no answer the lady who finally answered was so rude and hanged up in my face I need to speak with a manager that’s so unprofessional if she seen me calling she should’ve told me the first time that it’s only her there and she’s helping a couple of people not have a nasty attitude that’s very unprofessional for someone who’s trying to lease with this property
