UPDATE: 0 stars if I could. Moved in March 2022, and the grill still does not work!! The gate, most of the time, is broken!! The door access to the gym does not work correctly, and it is always a challenge to get in!! UNACCEPTABLE. MARCH REVIEW: This seems to be a nice place at first glance, but with so many bad reviews!! What's going on with the managers here? Very questionable..

There has been multiple challenges we have gone through wether it is the leasing office, maintenance or requests not being executed when told (flooding by building 5 STILL has yet to be fixed after 2 years). Leasing office very disorganized and is now charging individuals for things old management never mentioned. We mentioned an indent in our living room floor but was told “nothing would happen from it” however, it progressively started getting worse and worse. There is ZERO sense of communication. Put in request for maintenance for a simple drain issue, they came EIGHT DAYS LATER. Parking situation is terrible with or without their failed “On Call Parking” service. Also, not sure who measured the spaces of some of the parking spots but if you want your car to be DAMAGED (mine has been multiple times), then this complex is for you! Side gates are a 50/50 chance of working after a thunderstorm so I have had to walk around the entire complex once. Was told our clicker for the gate was a security deposit but now we’re being told we have to return it AND give them $50 for it (not listed on contract and also does not make sense considering anyone would just not return it....? Lol that’s what a security deposit is for....?) Very glad to be leaving and please do NOT live in this overpriced mess. There are better locations nearby that has cheaper rates and better amenities/staff.

Great attention from the property management and maintenance team at this property. I like the amenities because they are clean and have a fresh essence, the interior design of the apartment, and the 24/7 Fitness center. It is also a well-located community!
