Renewal my Contract for December more than 300 Dollar increase from 1,087.50 To 1,754.00USD... the property is Old already-and a lot of Roaches... Price is not Vary to increase Compare to a new Apartments😡😡😡

I never recommend it starting with the manager who is not friendly at all. It's always despot and bad class and the cranes jummm that I trade happily at night towing cars from the parking lots that are very narrow.

Moved in July 2022. Hate it here. Bit I’m stuck here for a year. Roach infestation. Called office and within a week pest control came over and sprayed around outside of apartment never came in. I work from home. I was here and the gentleman wouldn’t come in. Water damage around floor boards in bathroom. Disgusting. Walls and Paint are horrible. Whoever pained the walls literally did a rush job. Paint spots on floors, carpets. Kitchen cabinets are old and warped. I can’t even stand a cup in cupboards. All my dishes are in the dishwasher. A/c leaking inside of apartment. Water from a/c is on carpet in room, from the closet to the bed and leaking under base boards in hall. Called office. No fix in near future. And it’s August.
