Excellent complex! First time apartment tenant, and I am the first person in my unit. What a delightful place to live; between the high quality units, amazing amenities, and friendly staff, this is the best experience I could have asked for with an apartment! Edit: Not going to deduct stars for this as I greatly enjoy this complex, but it would be great if the leasing office could answer calls more frequently. If I have something I need from the office I stop by and it's addressed immediately in a professional manner, but sometimes I'm away from the complex and need to speak to someone about an urgent issue. Edit 2: Been here 7 months, here’s my issues: - Office staff never pick up the phone. - Ceilings lack noise blocking material, you can hear upstairs neighbors walking. - No assigned parking/little to no parking available at night. - Elevator in building 1004 has a malfunction for months now w/the emergency communication system.

Good day, I am a resident of this supposedly luxury apartment condominium, there is no luxury here, I started living in this apartment when the other buildings were still to be finished, everything was new but of poor quality, every time there is a thunder storm The fuses go out, my equipment has broken, the elevators break and it takes days to fix them, the doors of the buildings, which is the only security we have because it is an open condominium, stopped working for more than 15 days. There is no security at night or during the day, there are no security cameras, only in the pool and lobby. There is no security for cars, my car was stolen. Finally, my AC broke yesterday and the solution was to install two portable air conditioners because you have to wait for the company that installed the air conditioners to come and replace what was damaged, so I will be without air for several days, but something that is not always missing is the mail from notice that you must pay your rent. Don't get carried away by the photos, all that glitters is not gold, remember that. Friends, I have much more to tell, I'm just waiting for my contract termination to get out.
