Pathetic Appartments and poor service... We leased this appartment for our kids 15days back and noticed bathrooms were not claned before handover. Wanter logging in bathroom and shower was not working properly. One wolud take hours to take shower.... on top of that managment is not bothered to fix it. After lot of chansing for 10~12 days someone come, open all the stuff and never come back to fix.... literally frustating. Please avoid taking this appartment.

An honest, updated review after living here for almost two years: My husband and I moved into here around July 2020 and it is our first apartment. They obviously have not been renovated since the 70s, but I do not mind that. Our apartment has a lot of charm and we feel very cozy coming home to it. When we first moved in, we had no issues at all. Our apartment was clean and freshly painted. Since then, we have had some plumbing issues.. Well, quite a bit, actually. Like every 3-4 months. BUT they are always fixed promptly. We even had our air conditioning go out one time, but it was resolved within less than a week and they provided us with a temporary AC unit to keep. We have not had any issues with bugs, rodents, etc. They have pest control in every three months making sure we have nothing to worry about. As for the trash, it really isn't the complexes fault that tenants or guests leave their trash in the road. I have seen the workers out there as early as 7:30am picking up their trash on the side of the roads, as well as sweeping up broken glass. As for the cost in rent, I recently took a look and it definitely is not worth the price they're displaying. However, the price of living has obviously increased in the past couple of years and these are honestly the types of prices you're going to find at many complexes, unfortunately. It is not a perfect apartment, but we like ours and it feels like home. It's getting us through our last year of college and we haven't had any issues with the renting managers. They also try really hard to make it feel like a community here. Every season they do decorating contests, breakfast on the go, they have food trucks come in, and they even leave little goodies for their tenants. It's cute. Honestly, as long as you just follow the rules in your contract and pay your rent on time, you will be fine.

They do, but your eviction has no older than seven years and paid off.
