New Management is horrible. When Nina and the previous maintenance guys were here everything ran smoothly. I've put an order in to get my dryer fixed since November 3rd, it's now January 3rd and i'm still waiting. I've called numerous of times, and went to them numerous of times, asked to speak with the manager just to get a "She not here" or "She's on vacation". If the residents were three months behind on rent they would've evicted us quickly. I'm extremely disappointed in this place I use to love calling home.

Well the rent keeps raising and the apartments are full of mold and mildew 🤷🏾‍♀️ The only thing they do is cover it with a white spray which is basically paint. It doesn’t prevent the mold from coming back. It’s pretty disgusting. They took the gate down and never put it back up.. a guard use to always be present. Being Seminole ridge back to what it was
