THIS OLD APARTMENT SETTLING IN JUST LIKE ALL DO ...FORTUNATELY JAVIEL REPLACED HALL COAT CLOSET KNOB EXPERTLY IN SPITE OF ME TRYING TO EXPLAIN WHAT WAS WRONG! I felt put out a little but believe me they have certainly refurbished the apt. ,even came over working in cold weather when I was locked out of my apt. Kudos during this Pandemic nightmare & God Bless !

I didn’t want to review Hawthorne at the parkway based on my tour I had with Micheal Taylor. The tour itself checked off all the boxes that I had for my family. After many hours of extensive research into all of the Cary apartment communities - I decided on 5 to visit on my limited time flying in from NYC. Initially, I was disheartened towards the end of my visit because they either had subpar customer service or didn’t live up to the hype the pictures showed…. That is until I visited Hawthorne at the parkway. Not only did my tour live up to the hype but I was blown away by the customer service from the staff. They greet you with soft drinks and snacks on your tour (seems so insignificant but it’s the little things that add up!) and Micheal was super honest, patient, and upfront with me on all my questions. It’s been 2 weeks since I have moved in, and I’m still in awe at how Mikeala, Denise, and the rest of the team have lived up to all the good review hype!

I wanted to take a few minutes to comment on Denise Thompson and her team at Hawthorne at The Parkway. It is very clear that Denise cares deeply for her residents, team members, and vendor partners she works with on a daily basis. She elegantly embraces and executes so seemingly effortless all that Hawthorne is as a company but more importantly as a culture and way of living. Denise has all the intangible attributes not only as a property manager, but also as a person. This is shown in the way that she interacts with the many people she is in contact with. I can not say enough about how wonderful my personal interaction has been with Denise and the team she leads.
