Apartment is well maintained by the admins.Employees are friendly and graceful. Apartment has sprinkler, smoke detector and security system for doors .Once small concern is that, spare bedroom doesn't have lights and fan in a 2bhk apartment.

We moved here four years ago. It has been a wonderful experience. The staff was great and very helpful and responsive to our needs. I am sad to say as our time here becomes short they don’t really care about fixing certain things and I get it but sure would be nice to not here “ you are moving to we will wait to fix that”. However overall it has been a good experience.

We recently moved into the Tradition at Stonewater. On our move-in day we had some concerns about our apartment and Josephine handle everything with exceptional customer service. She worked quickly to make sure that all of our concerns were addressed with the utmost professionalism. She is definitely a great asset to this apartment complex and the Greystar company. I also appreciate the maintenance staff for working hard to fix everything. I'm excited about renting from this place as I feel like we're in hands here.
