Terrible shipping - *don't* buy online. The instructions about freight shipping says it will take 2 weeks and that they will call you to arrange a drop off. It took a month and they don't mention the only days and times for drop off are peak work hours so they are expecting people to take time off of work to wait for them. I ended up having to refuse delivery because it will cost more to take time off than to return the elliptical. Their return policy is also very hard to get a response about if you can't go to the store

I call in, gentleman on the phone was super informative and nice. His name I believe is jerrold. I told him what I was looking for and he referred me to a couple things. After chatting we were able to make an appointment to come in, take a look and next thing you know. They were at my house putting together a treadmill. The delivery guys were very professional and fast.

Had a great experience here buying a new Matrix elliptical. Was surprised to find that they have a lot of options in stock, given how rare gym equipment has been lately. Jerrold was very patient with us and helped explain the differences between the models without being pushy. We were able to get a great deal and it was delivered within a week. Really happy with the delivery as well.
