How do you have over 10 available units but hang up on someone interested in renting from you? I now it was almost the end of the day. But "almost" is the key term. When I called back, no answer but I got my answer. Do not rent here.

Great maintenance staff here. Super friendly, always on top of things. Don’t expect anything else. The rent autopay system doesn’t kick in until the payment after the upcoming payment is due (which is never communicated) so you will get a notice threatening eviction the day after their system doesn’t function properly. Cockroaches large enough to steal your family pet will be a regular occurrence. If you have any issues, expect to go to the leasing office to bring it up multiple times (don’t attempt a phone call as this is a waste of your time). Their forced community internet plan will provide you with a headache if you ever need to deal with AT&T because you are not allowed to have your own account. They provide “free food” from time to time which they run out of before the residents who have 9-5 jobs can make it to the office. Whether or not a particular wall outlet in your apartment will actually provide electricity is a coin toss. The community pool is for the entire community of Cary because a pass is not required to enter. The same goes for parking. I could provide plenty more reasons not to lease here, but you get the idea.

A fantastic place to encounter some of the worst people the human race has to offer. The staff in the office are some of the rudest, bumbling, sub-humans dressed in business casual that you will ever have the displeasure of interacting with. Save time and have a conversation with a particularly obnoxious crocodile instead.

Showed up here on a Saturday for an apartment tour that we had scheduled days prior. Upon arrival the office was locked and all lights were off. After a 20 minute wait and a phone call/voicemail to the office we never heard a response back. Wouldn't bother lease with Harrison Grande who could clearly care less about prospective tenants.
