Our experience was awful. The room smelled like urine, the shower curtain was growing mold. The pull out couch mattress was covered in stains. We called for sheets and a blanket but housekeeping left already for the day. We couldn’t get clean towels, toilet paper or tissues when requested. The staff was not friendly. Didn’t greet you when you walked in or walked by the front desk. The pool was empty for our entire stay and it was in the upper 80s each week. The hallways reeked of pot. There was no change machine for the laundry facilities. It was dirty, there was broken glass in one of the stairwells.

My husband and I needed a place to rest our heads for the night. Nothing fancy needed … just a clean room and a comfortable bed. Bingo! Comfort Inn & Suites Aberdeen suited our needs perfectly for a relatively attractive price point compared to other hotels in the area. We were pleased with the value and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I never make a review for a place before, because I don't like to leave my opinion online for nothing. But this place deserve it. The front desk staff was awesome. A guy named Jamie was excepcional with me and my sister. Then the room was clean on the top floor with a good views of the road to watch at night. Then I take breakfast when Jamie guide me to that place. If I go to USA and Maryland again, I'll stay there again.

Jamie provided excellant service during our stay. He was positive, helpful and courteous. When he noticed we were going the wrong way to our room, he reached out and pointed out the way to go. He showed us where to get breakfast in the morning. We will definitely stay there next time and tell others about the great experience we had there. Our rooms were clean and beds were comfy.. Jamie greeted us when we entered the Inn, he deserves a promotion!
