Lady at the front desk was rude and getting smart for no reason. Rooms smell funny. Cold water knob didn’t work in the bathroom. Bullet holes in the ceiling . Security has to walk around with sticks(big guns) so just imagine what goes on there . Save your money , there are way more nicer hotels for that price !

Please don’t spend your money here. The employee works at the front desk was very rude. The room was nasty and had a funny smell. No mini fridge in room for the rate that I was paying. Hair in the tub. Worst experience ever!

Rite For Me....the times I needed a little convenient getaway.... it was alright for me! ❤️🤗 Close to local shopping and eateries or just Me Time..in the room.Loved it ! and prices aren't bad...

I wish I could give 4.5 stars or just a full 5 because I like it here! The only issues I ever have here are always things beyond human control like Waterbury. It's affordable, clean,spacious and conveniently located near many restaurants and 20 minutes downtown Decatur. The staff is very efficient and friendly especially Sonya. She's always so polite when I get locked out of my room because I lost a card or something. And anytime I've asked her for something she might not have at the time she would make sure to find someone who did. Great staff,great stay,great choice!!!

Ms. Smith, when we spoke on the phone over the weekend I informed you that due it being the weekend I wouldn’t be able to research your issue until Monday. On Monday morning you called again and I explained we were still researching your issue as it was the morning of the start of the week. I went on to say that you did not have to habitually called and assured you that once researched we would return your call. Myles and Ms. Norma both expressed that they informed you that it takes 7 business days for the return of your deposit. Further more, you did not have the deposit you’re alledging because we lowered it for your husband. Records showed that. I’m more than willing to go over the records with you. If you haven’t seen the return of your deposit in the time period stated I would advise you to contact your financial institution and see why they haven’t processed it back into your account.
