I left a positive review 3 years ago, but things have turned sour. More recently, I’ve reported that my ceiling was turning brown like it had a leak. They told me they had just put a roof on so that wasn’t the issue. Months later, my bathroom leaks whenever there is heavy rain. They came out to look at it but never did anything about it. Aside from that, they tried to increase the rent when covid first started. They never considered asking what our situations were. I had gotten laid off so they tried to work with me by lowering it. The next year it went up, but their have been no renovations or visible reason to do so. The apartments are very old and will have damaged walls and doors and there are no amenities or things to do around. If you want to wash clothes, you have to visit a local laundromat or buy your own machines. They enter your apartment without telling you when they’re coming. Said they would clean my carpet if I renewed my lease and they never did.. Some areas are dark so you have to provide your own security lighting if you come home when its dark . Overall, im prepared to move.

Had me come is at 4:00 pm to look at a apartment and they closed up and weren't there and other people came to view a apartment as well and we were highly disappointed.We are so sorry to learn your experience was less than satisfactory.
