EVEN AFTER ALL MY CALL'S SHE HAS HAD THE BEST PATIENCE IN THE WORLD, AND HER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE HAS BEEN A1. SO IF YALL ARE LOOKING FOR AN APARMENT COMPLEX THAT HAS GREAT FLOOR PLANS AND PRICES AND KNOWS HOW TO TREAT YOU HIT MS. NIKKI UP SHE WILL DEFINITELY TAKE CARE OF YOU.........

I was a little scared with management changing recently. I've been in the community going on 4 years. It has been pretty decent. New management came and once things settle down in the office it left Ms. Tara and Ms. Nikki and so far they have been great. They have been very informative, Ms. Tara have given me resource (thanks girl). Ms. Nikki I thought was unapproachable, but she smiles and laughs. They are alright with me. We have a sheriff and deputy in town, but their not so bad. Also everytime I have a maintenance issue my guys are always in point. These are very old apartments, but they are kept up pretty good...💛

Its alright. It has its pros and cons. Management is really good at handling complaints and resolving issues. I have renewed my lease for another year. I will say they are great at pest control and maintenance requests.
