Leaking roof, even after repairs. Right now tarp on roof, still leaking because it is raining now. When can we get some help? Where are the owners????? So disgusted living like this.

Who is Owner? This Apartments has went down since Ms.Faye left roaches everywhere and the balconies hanging all off hinges!!!
