I'll probably be reporting this complex to the BBB. Nobody in the office knows what's going on and are rude. They also steal your money.

The application process for these apartments are a scam! They're just after your application and admin fees. The office staff is incompetent. DON'T MOVE HERE!!!

I had to go back and change my review initially I gave 5 stars but I definitely spoke too soon. The initial application process was okay, the lady I worked with was Ms Shafawne, let me tell you about this piece of work she initially pre-judge me because I advise her that I owe a balance to their sister company which I was in the process of paying off that day she instantly told me I was denied until I came back with the proof that it was paid once we started the application process and she seen my check stubs she started inquiring about working at my job which I didn’t care I’m always down to help someone so I gave her the information she told me to give her 3 days I waited 4 and called and she told me the application was still being process which is cool I waited 2 weeks and it was the same thing on the 3rd week I demanded to know what was going on and she said they were waiting for me to verify employment like that’s ya’ll job but me being understanding I went through the steps she told me to do to get the employment verified waited another week then she asked for paystub sent that waited a couple more days called back and asked what was going on she told me that since I made payments late at the previous apartment I may get denied, which is incorrect they are second chance apartments that take people with evictions and bankruptcy you would just be required to pay a risk management fee it’s on their website of course she didn’t like the fact I knew her job and the next day I was denied lol but never play with a child of God I was approved for a wayyyy better apartment for a better price ! I don’t recommend! I should copy and paste this again and again for every day ya’ll made me wait ! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Let me first say that I don't live here and never have and now never will. I was making a door dash at these apartments and the customer neglected to give me a gate code. As I sat in the parking lot trying to reach the customer a black SUV with a flashing light drives up to me with the nose of the vehicle at my left door. I'm a black man l Iiving in America so this was quite alarming and irritating. I back up and out the car comes the security guard, another black man so he should have some sense of how such an action would be perceived. He proceeds to tell me how "f÷=/Ed up my attitude is" (his words not mine) because I wasn't welcoming you the help he was trying to give. How do I know that ? A black SUV flies up yo my car with a flashing light; my first thought is not that the driver is trying to help me. What a terrible reflection he had on your apartments, I would never live there. This happened between 6 and 630 on 10.26.
