Not sure when, but it has been remodeled. id say within a year. word of advise...DON'T DO IT! I can't wait til my lease is up
They are not worth it they are a rip off don't waste your time cause they told me I got approved but wait until after christmas after they took my sister money and then told me my application was declined they also got very bad customer service you don't treat people like that when they spending money and they tell you one thing and do something totally different they don't give refunds either and they take folks money don't do it they a waste of time and ken was my leasing consultant he was horrible they nothing nice trust me they got my hopes up and I wasted my valuable time I could have put that money that was lost down on something else.
It might be remodeled but the pests and rodents are OUT OF EFFING CONTROL . RUNNNNNNNNN

I'm hoping I get approve here. I just need a place to stay for a year or two until I'm able to purchase me a home. When I call the staff was very nice.. My fingers crossed
