I don't know what happened to customer service lately but I'm so disappointed. I went to this location on flatshoals and the associates was very rude and disrespectful. Not only that they were playing rap music all loud like we were in the club somewhere. One older gentleman asked them why are they playing that type of music, that he was a Christian and the young ladies started to say how they don't give a F as soon as he walked out. I was so uncomfortable waiting for my food. The parking lot was disgusting, trash every where. It energy in that place was disturbing. This location is definitely bringing down the wingstop brand, because I will not be going back. Waste of money.

On 05/16/2022, I ordered wings from the Wingstop App. I received the email that my order would ready 16-21 mins from the location 4920 Flat Shoals Parkway Ste 102. The payment went through from my debit card and I thought everything would be ready once i arrived. When I arrived the location at or around 7:30pm the store was closed. When went there again on 05/17/2022 at 11:15am, they said that their district manager ( someone named Timeka) told them to close at 5:00 pm. I asked for a refund for my order and they told me I would have to go through the app. I asked for the district manager contact information and the number given was false.

Rick Ross should be shame of hisself him and tawanda how they run a business.how you move a Gm in with no training they learn on they own and then tell them somebody ain’t trained right when you ain’t train them from the start to train they staff. I can in turned that store around had to take money out my on pocket to make the register have cash just to run store been flooded so many times it’s crazy.and all they wanna say is clean it up and pour bleach down the drain for that rotten smell.gave me a truck and had spoiled chicken and said I was not supposed to refuse it.yet alone the chicken is cooked on a timer and still not cooked thru.

This location really sucks. They never answer the phone, orders are always wrong and you never get what you pay for. Workers are always rude too. This isn’t the first time I have been disappointed with this Wingstop. I will NOT be spending anymore money here
