Ms. Smith, when we spoke on the phone over the weekend I informed you that due it being the weekend I wouldn’t be able to research your issue until Monday. On Monday morning you called again and I explained we were still researching your issue as it was the morning of the start of the week. I went on to say that you did not have to habitually called and assured you that once researched we would return your call. Myles and Ms. Norma both expressed that they informed you that it takes 7 business days for the return of your deposit. Further more, you did not have the deposit you’re alledging because we lowered it for your husband. Records showed that. I’m more than willing to go over the records with you. If you haven’t seen the return of your deposit in the time period stated I would advise you to contact your financial institution and see why they haven’t processed it back into your account.
I paid with my dedit card for and week they were to give me my $50 deposit back on my card they have to check the room out to make sure everything thing is ok they did that andI wanted to stay one more night so I stayed in the same room so thet own me $12 deposit for that night and I still haven't received my deposit on my card and its been 8 days called the manger. and he said he would call me back haven't hard anything back believe me they are not going to take my money like that it might be little money to them but they don't know who. I know have family member that works for a lawyer and I'm going to do the steps they told me to do and I don't have to oay anything for the service God is good
When i stayed it was like $55 for a night. Call them and get an exact rate. For what i paid, it wasnt a horrible room lol
