Hoa is horrible. We were third party renters, so chose not to join their club. Neighbor loved to act like she was on the board and complained to us about everything "wrong" with our home. Lost said home in a fire, neighbors and hoa basically admitted not trying to stop it or tell us it was on fire with all of us inside. Then, as we're trying to figure out our next steps, hoa president tells us "sorry for your loss, but since there is no one 55+ (we lost our dad mid june) we were looking to evict you anyway" but they had never sent us any paperwork in regards to it

WHY did you remove the lovely green grassy area for pets and replace with gravel that will STINK after the urine is baked into it for months in the 100+ temps?! Very poor decision.

All homes in D.I.M.E.3 are privately owned & they do have rentals. However stay away from any rentals managed by Turnkey Property Solutions. They are terrible.
I know that the mobile homes are on their own land, so there is no space rent. I don't know about the HOA fees though. DIME has four parks, I think. I believe two are family, and two are 55 plus.
