Because the managers think there God, and don't care about residents at all. I have been here 8 years and 5 different managers in that time. Which none but 1sr set have done a thing to improve living here.
Was just out walking saw one street with a bunch of water so maybe a water main break but ours is still on

This is a senior community 55+ years old and the rent /lot spaces vary depending on the unit that's available
